Our D-PREP parents recently had a unique opportunity to step into their children’s shoes during our “Back to School” event for secondary students, discovering what it truly means to learn, explore, and grow in the classroom. Throughout this half-day experience, parents joined their children in various classes, gaining an authentic glimpse into the school’s dynamic and interactive learning environment.
The day began with parents sitting alongside their children, listening to homeroom teachers as they delivered lessons in their usual interactive style. It was a chance for parents to see firsthand how subjects like Thai, Mathematics, Science, and English are taught, and how our teachers bring their passion and expertise into every lesson. The experience was not only informative but also eye-opening, as parents observed the unique strengths and teaching styles of each educator, seeing how they engage students and encourage critical thinking.

In subjects like Physics and Science, parents were invited to participate in activities and discussions, asking questions as if they were students again. These moments were filled with energy, with more voices in the room leading to lively debates, diverse perspectives, and lots of shared laughter.
By stepping into their children’s world, parents gained a new perspective on the depth and quality of education their children receive daily. The event concluded with a sense of reassurance, knowing their children are thriving under the care of passionate educators committed to their growth, happiness, and future success.

The “Back to School” event was a day of learning and connection. It reinforced the shared commitment between parents and teachers to help our students grow into well-rounded, thoughtful individuals. We look forward to hosting more events like this that strengthen our community and inspire a collective passion for education!
