AISAA 2025: So You Think You Can Dance

D-PREP International School hosted this year’s AISAA “So You Think You Can Dance” competition at its secondary campus, bringing together incredible dancers from different international schools, namely Berkeley, Concordian, Ekkamai, ASB, and D-PREP, for exciting solo and group dance performances.
Three experts in the dance industry came to evaluate the competition. Kru Kim (Ronnakri Sittiphrom) is a well-known choreographer for Thai artists and a judge for Hip Hop International. Kru Ching (Srirakun Chingtong) has worked with GMM Grammy artists for years and specializes in hip-hop, popping, locking, and breakdancing. Mr. Patrice Leroy is a professional dancer from France who has over 25 years of experience in contemporary dance and international competitions.
The solo dance category was split into Solo Junior and Solo Teen, while the group category had three divisions: Crew Junior, Crew Teen, and Crew Senior. Performances were judged based on performance quality, technical skill, theme and music selection, and costume design – with special awards for Best Choreography, Best Originality, and Best Costume.
From the high-energy breakdancing to the graceful storytelling of ballet, everyone displayed extraordinary talent on stage. In the end, each school won medals and trophies, and D-PREP proudly took home wins in both the solo and group categories.

The D-PREP community extends a huge thank you to all the dancers, teachers, and everyone who joined us for this event! This competition is proof that the love for dance is stronger than ever, and our young talents are just getting started!
