I believe it is the teacher’s duty to bring out the best in their students, both academically and as individuals. A teacher should enter the classroom with the highest expectations for each student and set up an environment that allows the student to meet those expectations. An environment of open-mindedness, resilience, and growth will inspire students to push through difficult tasks and be proud of their work and progress, both in and out of the classroom.
